A full storefront revamp for Toborlife AI's WooCommerce site -- modernizing the theme, performance, and product presentation for a robotics and AI hardware brand, without disrupting an already-live sales channel.
What They Were Up Against
Toborlife AI was selling AI-driven robotics hardware through a WordPress and WooCommerce storefront that no longer matched the ambition of the brand. The existing theme was dated, page speed lagged on product and checkout pages, and the catalog presentation didn't do justice to a premium hardware line. Because the store was live and generating orders, the revamp had to happen incrementally and safely -- there was no room for a rebuild that broke checkout or tanked SEO rankings mid-migration.
How We Built It
We rebuilt the storefront on the existing WordPress and WooCommerce foundation rather than forcing a risky platform migration, focusing effort where it paid off: a modern custom theme aligned with the brand's AI/robotics identity, page-speed optimization (caching, image delivery, asset loading) to fix slow product and checkout pages, and a redesigned product catalog and PDP layout that presented the hardware line the way a premium brand should. Site structure, metadata, and internal linking were cleaned up alongside the visual work so search rankings carried through the change instead of resetting. The whole revamp shipped in stages against the live store, with checkout and existing orders unaffected throughout.
